Bentgo Portable Salad Container

Bought this for my daughters to take to work and they love it. not only is it great for salads but they also use it for tacos the toppings fit great in the upper sectional.

Once the lid breaks the set is useless. The clips on the side break very easily. They do not offer replacement lids and it’s a waste of material.

We LOVE our salad bowls, but can I purchase just a new blue lid? My daughter opened hers at work and one of the “pegs” holding the locking clip on, broke off. The rest of the lunch bowl is still fine. I just want to purchase a new lid please

I purchased the set of two of these containers from a big box store. Both lids broke within 6 months. Of course I didn't register them for the warranty and I didn't save my receipt. I am out the money and have two fairly useless containers. This is apparently a common problem. If you don't have your proof of purchase Bentgo isn't going to replace the item. They know this is an issue. They could at least sell replacement lids...

I've purchased two over the last year and both now have one lid lock that is broken. One of the dressing containers doesn't close properly either. I like the product but this design flaw is troublesome.

Only dishwasher safe if the lid for the dressing container doesn’t fall through the cracks and melt. Given how small this piece is I’m dismay that they do not sell replacements. I now have an entire salad container that I can’t use at the same time as the others for meal prepping because it’s only barely dishwasher safe, and I can’t find a replacement piece. So only truly useful if you have a dishwasher that accommodates smaller parts on the top rack.

Bought this under a month ago and the latch broke my 4rth time using it. I liked the idea of the container but with a broken latch it's just going to clutter my already cluttered Tupperware cabinet.

Have had item for almost 6 months so I can review accurately. Latch cracked and broke a few weeks ago so don’t want to use outside home for fear will lose. Well still latch closed, but falls off after opened due to break. Wish compartments in top part just two so that higher volume of item cannot. Dressing cup hard to close if you fill to the top. I like the bowl, but maybe not so wide because it doesn’t fit in a standard lunch bag . Latch breaking under 6 months?!

I am very disappointed, I bought this salad box because I really like the brand, but the second time I used it the dressing lid doesn't close at all. I tried to use it like this and it was a complete disaster :( very sad because it is very nice box.

I have 3 of these and 2 are unusable due to what seems to be the common problem of the lid latches breaking. If you offered a replacement lid, I’d buy one.
