I ordered my son's suit for school which I never received, I called customer service and they said they would check on this for me and wanted to know if I wanted a refund, I didn't want a refund I just needed my order asap. They sent me a refund and I still don't know what happened to my order which I didn't want a refund for!?

I ordered this suit twice...didn't received it and was canceled for no apparent reason...twice without any no I'm very disappointed to have this issue with a big department store.
Sooo I was really expecting a very nice suit for my son considering the regular price not sale price and the brand but meh. It’s ok though but the material is not giving any wow as expected. I put yes I’d recommend bc it really depends on the need. If part of a wedding party, I’d say hard no, but a formal all white birthday dinner maybe. Idk idk it’s just not as I expected it to be. Might have to return and spend a little more.
