Necklace came out of pouch broken. It had to have been sent out like that so whomever packed and sent it doesn’t care and were just trying to get rid of it. Cannot return to Macy’s store so I just lose out. Not worth the cost or hassle to deal with returning to Vendor.
I ordered this, but when it arrived someone had damaged and taken the item and I was left with a plastic bag that was partially opened.
