I bought this several years ago. I fell down a flight of stairs with the suitcase in my hand. Although I had several bruises across my body, the suitcase was unharmed and the contents within were unaffected. Very strong!
It's disappointing that Macy's would sell such a poor quality product. After limited use, this suitcase failed in an area that should be built to handle normal travel. We used it around 10 times, never exceeded 50 pounds, and the plastic around one of the front wheels started ripping. We bought this suitcase partly because of the warranty, expecting better durability and customer support. However, our warranty claim was rejected quickly and without explanation. None of the stated exclusions seem to apply, so the warranty feels much less useful than advertised. For a large expandable suitcase, rolling with up to 50 pounds should be expected. The failure of the wheel area after such limited use is disappointing, and the warranty experience made it worse. I would not recommend this product.
I bought this set to go on vacation and the first time, and I mean the very first time I used it it started unraveling by the zipper. Unfortunately, when I looked up the return policy I was past the return time. This is a beautiful set, but I would not recommend purchasing it. I am now purchasing another set, different brand.
Broke very first time used. Came off the conveyor belt from the plane busted wide open. Lost items etc. Wasn’t even full. Zipper broke in both ends. Bought two separate sets and both broke and busted in basically the same manner. ZERO STARS was not an option so I went with the next worst thing. I would NOT RECOMMEND this product!!!!

Great color. Love the inside fabric dividers with extra pockets, etc. Traveled well.
Loved the look of the luggage, but the zipper on the large piece broke on the very first trip. The fabric holding the zipper separated from the case and the the zipper's teeth began to unravel. Had to leave it in France and purchase another to get home.
Only brought this travel set once and they are cute but the zipper on one of them broke and they are terrible scratched up.
Not durable at all. Within the second use of the luggage the caster on the Large check bag broke completely off. Cannot return or exchange for new luggage!!! Disappointed for sure!!
