Who did the packing, and who did not teach the deliverer what ab arrow pointing up on the box means? Close to half of the plant's leaves were damaged and had to be cut down/dur out!

When received I thought what a beautiful, full, thriving plant. (The reason for the two stars) Humm, until I noticed the foliage/leaves drooping and upon investigation found they were dying at the soil line. I decided to check it out and then to re-pot. When I removed the plant from the vendor's container a lot of roots were dead. The soil was like mud with lots of bark and wood in it. This leads me to believe believe the plant was dying from being root-bound and probably too much water. I am extremely upset. This plant might well be a total loss and I am out of money. I have re-potted what I feel may have a chance to come back and will try to hopefully save it but, I don't hold out hope.
It was not very healthy
