One Step Iron steam
It’s big and heavy so I guess it will be a good factor in ironing clothes. Haven’t use it yet. Upon opening the item is okay.

I bought this a week ago,& it has made it so easy to get ironing finished quickly!!! It’s light weight and does not leak!! I love it!!!

Wouldn’t recommend
It looks nice and stores well / neatly but isn’t good with ironing when using steam. It spits out water on the cotton setting when using steam and makes my clothes spotty.

Defective
Bad customer service the lady gave me a defective returned item , almost burned my hand when I unplugged sparks flew from the connection.

It's ok
Not want to tell anyone that I'm having trouble with the green window , I have a hard time seeing the water levels, my eyes are not that good anymore.
