Turbo Link Bangle Bracelet in 14k Gold-Plated Sterling Silver

I would not recommend this bracelet. I purchased the same one about a year ago and wore it maybe three times before it started falling apart, which is extremely disappointing for the price and the brand’s reputation. As a loyal Macy’s customer, I expected better quality and support. What surprised me even more was that the manufacturer was unable—or unwilling—to repair or replace the item despite its minimal use and clear defect. The customer service I received throughout this process was frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I can’t recommend this product based on the quality or the lack of support.

I treated myself with this bracelet a few years back, didn't wear it too often because I have others. Started wearing it more often and noticed it is falling apart. Took it to a jeweler who was unable to fix it because of some missing pieces. Very disappointed because I truly loved it.

Very lightweight. Feels and looks very inexpensive.

This bracelet is cheaply made and not shaped properly for wearing on the wrist. Once again disappointed with quality of jewelry from Macy’s. I will be returning this bracelet.

I have received it as a gift. It is very beautiful and comfortable, but the gold color changed after a few weeks of wearing..

For me, this is a GREAT bracelet! It bends easily and is not stiff like some other bangles. It sparkles in the light and is very pretty. When I need to wash my hands I just move it up on my arm, and I don't have to worry about getting soap and water on it. I am also purchasing the silver tone bracelet.

Received this as a birthday gift from my husband. Absolutely in LOVE! High quality and super comfortable!
