I contacted customer service, and the representative informed me that they could not assist me with my issue and suggested I go elsewhere to make my purchase. I'm disappointed with this response, as it reflects poorly on Macy's commitment to customer service. It's frustrating that I cannot get help with a purchase that was canceled by the system.
As a catholic, I like relics that embody the prayers that I practice yearly. The rosary is amazing, but the prayer box (gift box) to store the rosary, never came with the item. I was looking forward to obtain this collectible relic.

It’s a pretty piece, but really fragile. If you catch or snag this piece on anything… call it broken. This piece has broke 3 times on me and I have been able to save it 2 times. For the price, I thought the piece would have been a bit stronger or held together much better.
