This is my second order with them, and they can't replace my damaged item because the timeframe has expired. It's frustrating to have spent so much only to be told they can't assist me. I wouldn't recommend ordering Mackenzie Childs items from Macy's since they aren't able to help. I even reached out to Mackenzie Childs customer service, and they couldn't assist me either. Very disappointing experience.
