Macys Error and the bottom is plastic - Not Rubber
The shoe design is beautiful. But the bottom is plastic and not rubber. As the macys shipping employee thought it would be a good idea to send me the Floor Display I can not adequately say if the shoe smells of leather or not or how long it took for creases to appear as god knows how many people wore them first. The delay of the refund is even more so upsetting. The design is a 5 , the quality is a 2.5 at best. Macys solution was a 0. Time consuming and much more effort then the purchase as reviewing hundreds of shoes was at my own leisure/efforts.
