I think with a few changes this could be a great model I really love that you can easily make 1 cup of coffee, but multiple is a bit irritating. I wish the heater stayed on on all settings. You have to brew 26 oz for the plate warmer to stay on. That's a few ounces too many for my spouse and I, so I end up wasting coffee because I brew a pot and my spouse has a cup, but I do kid drop off in the mornings so don't have coffee until later. So either we make our coffee separately or I have to brew 26 ounces for my coffee to be warm when I get home. Anytime a pot of coffee is brewed, the option to keep warm should be there The pot lid is also irritating to put on as you have to twist it into place, and if it's not on properly, coffee spills. I'm not sure if it's the coffee pods or the maker, but if I use the coffee pod setting, I have coffee grinds in my coffee Using the pot, the coffee is great. We love the frother option. But some small tweaks would make this work better for us.

We love this product! My fiance is a big coffee drinker and we use this daily. I like that you can make multiple cups or a singular serving. I also like that I don’t need to use the entire carafe to make a single serving. I love how there’s a platform for a singular cup and you can choose how many ounces the cup is. I do feel though when making a single serving, there is still a decent amount of splatter outside of the machine which is a con. The machine is extremely easy to use. The flavor always tastes great whether it’s a single or multiple serving. I also like that we can use single serve brews or standard ground coffee. It makes is a bit cheaper when you buy ground coffee for single cups again versus other popular machines.

I use this coffee machine daily not only to dispense water for tea but k cups and ground coffee as well. It’s truly reliable and multi use for single serve or multiple cups as well. Easy to set up and just add water even programable!

I bought this 3 years ago. We use the pods on weekends for a treat. Never brewed a full pot, never used frother. Now water leaks out bottom of machine. No longer able to use. Is 3 years the life of this product? I have many, many Ninja products have been using for years, never a problem.

This replaced an older model. It still works but took up a lot of counter space. This unit has a sleek design and takes up about 1/2 the counter space. Also now we can get rid of the single serve pod machine as this unit does it all.

This coffee maker is absolutely amazing if you are up against the fence on whether you want ground coffee or K-Cups. this is the coffee maker for you. not only does it offer 2 brewing methods it also has installed a frother and you can get hot water even boiling water from a different reservoir. it is extremely easy to operate and the modern up-to-date look is flawless.
