I bought these steak knives to replace my Henkle steak knives that are serrated and shredded the meat. These steak knives cut the meat like butter. We love them, just wish the set had 8 pieces instead of just 6.

These are same quality as direct from Cuisinart for the price range. Quality mid-budget steak knives. First thing I did was slice through the packing receipt - it just sheared straight through. Excellent cut through tough and tender meats. I'm going to have to sharpen my chopping knives because I just keep turning to these. Love the handle, super stunning.

I love Cuisinart I grew up on it and I'll still buy their products today I love the knife set especially the color of them

Very sharp which I like and was looking for however the handles are quite thick. I don't mind but my husband really dislikes that aspect of them. I think they will last as seem well made.

These are excellent quality knives we wish we known sooner, we are glad and excited every time we use them

Great Knives

I bought these because one got thrown away from a previous set. I tried another brand and they just weren't as good. Do glad I ordered these. They are my favorites!
