Spectacular. Not much more I can say. Exactly what it must be - strong and distinctive.

Macy’s shipped this item to me and when I received it, the box had very obviously been tampered with and the diffuser sticks were missing and also missing was another very expensive candle that I ordered. I immediately phoned Macy’s customer service and was told that I would receive a replacement order. After 2 days, I received a notice from Macy’s that the Diffuser item was no longer in stock. So now I’m left with a diffuser with no sticks to diffuse.

I ordered a Jo Malone diffuser from Macy’s online, but it arrived without the reed sticks. Without the reed sticks, the diffuser is completely unusable. For a premium-priced product, this was very disappointing. I expected better quality control from both Macy’s and Jo Malone. I hope Macy’s can send the missing reed sticks as soon as possible.

The new set of 10 reeds was missing from the product. I tried contacting customer service through live chat, but the connection kept dropping and no one followed up or resolved the issue promptly. Please send the missing reeds as soon as possible.

This collection of diffusers is incredible. The best out there! Best scents and actually diffuses throughout the room. It carries so well! Better than any others. The green tomato is divine. Every time I walk in the room I stop to take a deep breath. It's so gooood! Fresh and earthy. It's worth every cent for this scent!

I first came across this home scent in an apartment we stayed in while on vacation. I really loved the fresh green scent it diffused, subtle yet persistent. Could not get enough of it so took one of the reeds into Jo Malone shop in London to find out what it was. Bought two sets, absolutely love the wonderful scent it diffuses through the home.
