The cologne that was mailed to me was not creed it came in a packet broken looked very much like it had been tampered with. Did not smell like the sample we had bought a few months ago.
For the money this Creed is not worth it. Does not last long at all or is it a strong scent.I have other Creed and its much better.
I never received my order I’ve called multiple times ! Both macys and ups and it has been stuck on “no delivery date” for over a week now !
Price ridiculous
I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing Creed from Macy’s. I have owned Creed fragrances before, and this was not consistent with authentic, new retail stock. The box arrived already opened and torn, with incorrect and covered labeling. The bottle itself showed visible scratches and the fill level was noticeably lower than what is typical for a brand-new Creed bottle. When I contacted customer service, I was assured a replacement would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived in the same condition — opened box, incorrect packaging, scratched bottle, and questionable presentation. Luxury fragrances at this price point should arrive sealed, pristine, and consistent with the brand’s retail standards. What I received twice did not meet those expectations and raised serious concerns about authenticity and quality control. For a retailer like Macy’s, this experience was unacceptable.
Open and ripped box. How should I give it to someone as a gift? Are we a 3rd world country already? Shame! Will try to exchange or return.
