A GREAT TOY FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OLD.
I bought this for the baby girl in my life. I remember this toy from my childhood so I got one for her. She loves the popping sound it makes as she moves it. It's plastic and light enough for a one year old to play with but seem like it'll last a while.

Don’t buy this toy!
The corn popper was to be for my 1 year old grandson. I have happy memories of my little brother enjoying this toy in the early 1960s. His was made out of wood; I knew the current model was made out of plastic, but I was dismayed by how cheap and garish it looked. When I tried it out, IT ONLY WORKS WHEN PULLED—when pushed, it doesn’t pop at all. I did a little research and it seems that this is a common problem. A YouTube video shows how to fix it, but it looked difficult and time-consuming. Don’t buy this toy!

Good value but not as good as it once was
This toy has been around for many, many years. Unfortunately the older versions contain more balls and seem to be a little larger. However, it is a good price and the balls do "pop" when rolled.
