Men's Kelly Green Philadelphia Eagles Omaha Throwback 59FIFTY Fitted Hat

I waited over a week for this item for it to be returned because the person that shipped it out did not put my apartment number on the address, now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get a refund when all I wanted was the hat I ordered. Macy's online customer service was no help, and all they could do is have me purchase the hat again and wait for my refund in the meantime. I refuse to repurhase something I already paid for and then have to wait for my refund when I never recieved the item and they can see on their end that the item has been in the process of being returned. Macy's online customer service is horrible. This is my 4th package I've had problems with while purchasing items from them. I will no longer order anything from Macy's online, if I'm not in their store to purchase I just won't be purchasing anything at all from this day forward.

Premium hat from New Era. It fits true to size. I wish I could find one that was 100% wool.

Stitching wasn't straight and the brim was lopsided. The sizing is always different. I've ordered several hats in the same size and they all fit different.
