The Sak Women's Silverlake Leather Convertible Smartphone Crossbody Bag

I purchased this bag and have not been overly rough on it post shoulder surgery. Fast forward- the inside is falling apart. Little pieces are shedding off all on the inside of it like its a cheap faux leather layer? The OUTSIDE looks new. I dont understand why it is peeling and falling apart in little pieces inside. When does a bag fall apart inside- Especially when the OUTSIDE strap is still the way it was upon purchase. contacting SAK- they e mail back-how was our customer service: no reply from my initial message (2) I messaged I bought it at Macy, are you messaging a return label after they did send some link. Response- no we don’t do labels, return it to Macy. NOTHING ELSE (I sent a pic showing the leather shed inside) asking if they stand behind defects if or when they may occur. Poor customer service/ close to non existent : “We don’t want to have you send it to us- return it to Macy “was the entire SAK response on their defective bag. I do NOT recommend their products

Purchased as a replacement for a similar one I've loved for years! This is suede so I have some concerns about it getting wet but no regrets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My I-phone XR doesn’t fit, it’s too long! It’s too long & so will not snap shut. I have a slim case on it as well. It defeats the entire purpose of this wallet. The XR model isn’t even large! This is definitely a major flaw.

I love this wallet. Love the mushroom color. . I do wish the phone storage was just a wee bit bigger, as my phone doesn’t fit with the case on.

I can easily remove this mini purse, and it perfectly fits my phone, essential cards like my driver's license, debit card, insurance card, and a little cash. It’s made of beautiful black leather with a unique design, and it even comes with a strap so I can carry it as a crossbody bag.
