I purchased the watch, in the expectation that it’s a new watch. Instead I found a hand written note to someone’s father. The watch itself was beautiful and loved the look/feel. It fit a bit small on my wrist and decided to return - had the most frustrating experience dealing with the watch/jewelry department in Manhattan. Will buy from any other vendor before going through Macys watch department again.
