Polished MAMA 18" Statement Necklace in 10k Gold

I saw it and I instantly fell in love. Bought it. It tangles and knots very easily. Broke my neck out something terrible

Soo soo cute. Just what I was looking for but when it was received it was already broken. So I returned and purchased another one. Now this time I was able to wear it until it broke again. It is sooo dainty that it breaks way too easily. Not worth the money. Sorry.

The product came in a bag and was not even wrapped nicely in a jewelry box. Since buying it, bought it back in May so only 5 months, it has broken 3 times already in 3 different places of the necklace. Do not waste your money on this product as Macy’s or the seller will not do anything to help you fix it or repair it.

I bought this for daughter who just became a mom! It broke before I was able to give it to it to her on the day of my grandson’s birth. I cannot return because it’s been over 30 days! It must be poor quality and too delicate! It was not a cheap price and I am out money, necklace and memory of giving to my daughter! I would not advise anyone to buy this!!!!!

Fell in love with this necklace when my fiance gifted it to me for Mother’s Day. I only got to wear it twice and it broke. So upset about it. Poorly made but yet so pretty.

Sadly, the necklace broke first time I put it on. The leaders on it are very small.

Horrible product, I got this as a present from my husband. Only wore it once and it broke right away. Material is not worth the price. Looking at the reviews. It seems that is a manufacture issue since they all break the same way.
