I love everything about this pan. Its maiden voyage tonight was Chicken Marsala; the chicken breasts seared up nicely with a light brown crust. The resulting sauce with the dry Italian Marsala, baby Bellasl, parsley, garlic & stock was over the top. Delicious! Clean up after a completely cold pan was a snap, adddx some baking soda and worked perfectly. The Grenadine color complements my Tuscan looking Kitchen. Be sure and use only silicone utensils. You won’t be disappointed Banjo Bob
We love our 11 inch Staub skillet. Yes it's better than other competing brands. The quality is there, and I actually look forward to cooking every night while using this sweet thing.
Fantastic quality and exceptionally sturdy. Plan to purchase more pieces in the future
I Like the solid construction of this skillet, also the matte black cooking surface. And most notably the beautiful enameled cherry finish!
Absolutely love it! The best for frying bacon and other foods that might spatter more in a shallower fry pan.
It’s a lot to spend for a cast iron fry pan that doesn’t cook any better than my old hand me down cast iron fry pan… but it sure looks nice!
Easy to clean, non-stick and it color is amazing. The color color choices can really enhance the beauty of your kitchens, you can't decide if you want to put them away or leave them on the stove top!
I love this frying pan. I had a regular cast iron pan that I used to make my cornbread in. The cornbread started sticking right in the middle. I tried to clean it and redo the whole thing of seasoning it again, it didn’t work. So I decided to buy this skillet and my cornbread looked like a cake when I flipped it out of the pan.
I love this product and purchased another one. YES some stuff does still on it. The first time it happened I was not sure what to do; read the instructions on cleaning. If something sticks, boil water with baking soda in it let it cool and it comes perfectly clean.
