Pretty solid job at preserving my makeup… too bad it can’t just STOP me from sweating!! Doesn’t contain pore clogging ingredients, which is a mega win! I’d prefer the product to be unscented - the fragrance is a lot. Not ideal for use in the undereye area - way too drying, which enhances fine lines/wrinkles…. However, IT IS a mattifying primer! So I skip using it there and haven’t figured out a better option, TBh!

I love this primer. I just put it on my t-zone and my skin is so much less oily throughout the day. Normally I’m blotting my forehead by lunch because it’s already bad.

this is an excellent shine controlling primer. you do not need much either and it does not feel silicone like, which I prefer. when I used it in a climate much dryer than I am used to, my skin felt a little dry but that is rare. love that it comes in travel size as you don’t need much

I had problem with oily skin and this primer really helped me! And it smells SO GOOD!!!!

Phenomenal performance on oily skin! I am a grease bucket and this really controls the oil and makeup glides on!

I was looking for a replacement/dupe primer since they discontinued the Becca Ever Matte primer recently, so I decided to try Make up Forever....& they UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!! I actually like this brand's primer better because it kept me matte much longer than the Becca brand. For transparency purposes, I live in NYC so the weather is getting a bit cooler now but I will be in Florida next month so I can give this primer a REAL test! Also, I used the MF light velvet air setting spray along with it so that may have helped to keep my makeup on a bit longer w/o blotching. I will be purchasing the bigger container soon to keep on hand.
