Emerald (3/8 ct. t.w.) & White Topaz (1/2 ct. t.w.) Openwork Ring in 14K Gold-Plated Sterling Silver

The item was nicely packaged, but the ring box was empty upon arrival. While I was able to obtain a refund, this experience was extremely disappointing. I have previously purchased many high-value jewelry items from Macy’s and have never encountered an issue like this before. Unfortunately, this incident has raised concerns about safety and reliability, and I’m unsure whether I will feel comfortable making future purchases.

This is a pretty, everyday-wear ring. Ive owned mine for several months, and its still as pretty as new.
