I love how they are smaller than the last set of custom headphones I ordered from you 5-6 years ago. I was surprised that they did not come with a carrying bag of some sort. Also, right off the bat the cord-connection seems already damaged. I have to really push it in to make the right ear connect and produce sound. Because they were custom designed, I do not have the option to send them back, so I am stuck with something that I feel is falling apart before I even got to use them. FYI - I bought these exclusively for my radio show.

Slight breeze makes these unusable
The slightest breeze makes these sound like you are in an wind tunnel. Can't hear music, can't talk to people. Total junk

Ear cover is to small and hurt. Almost like it was made for a child.

Broke quickly
They were great for about a month, but they broke under what I consider pretty normal wear and tear in less than 3 months

Garbage
The device is broken. It won’t shut off, so the battery drains and it constantly connects to my devices when I don’t want it to. I’ve reached out to support who have been largely unhelpful, saying it I pay for packaging I can send it back for warranty repair. I just want a refund at this point.

Very nice set of headphones
Very nice headphones. This is my first set of wireless over the ear phones and I’m extremely satisfied with everything about them. They’re comfortable on my head, the sound is excellent and the app works great- I turned off the auto stop function that so many complained about. Overall a great purchase
