I bought this telescope to introduce my grandson to astronomy. It’s the perfect size for a little boy to look through.

Junk weak stand adjustable nob was stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great Starter telescope. Lightweight and easy to set up or move around. It comes with two different lenses to zoom in, depending on what you're looking for. It's no James Webb, but it works for us.

He loves reading books about the solar system so I knew he would love this. Its super easy to set up and get going. It has a sturdy tripod that's adjustable and holds the Telescope well. The Telescope is great for kids and pretty well made. I even enjoy looking through it and seeing what we can find. He wants to look through it each night and talk about what he can see. There's a couple different lenses to zoom in with. Several features to get just the right view. This would make a great gift for any kid!

During the recent blood moon we had a chance to use this and he was very excited to get a better look at the moon. Very easy to set up and great for kids looking to get started in science activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what to expect from a toy telescope but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use. We was able to see the blood moon from the comfort of our own home and it was GLORIOUS! We also brought this out to the park to minimize outside light and paired with a good sky map app -- we were able to identify some of the stars and nearby planets that we never knew was there. Great gift for a grade school child curious about the stars!
