I bought this for my new daughter in law. It’s pretty but the material seems a little cheap. It runs a little large.

I am rating this poorly only because I was sent the wrong item. Disappointed because it’s for my daughter’s wedding. I had to return and hope to receive the correct item in time.

I looked on line first to see if Macys had this. Went to store and the Dolly was so kind to help me find the outfit. Great outfit for gift and Great customer service from Dolly and Sasha. Has made my experience with Macy a want to come back one.

Bought it for a bridal gift and she loved it. Was told by others at the shower they loved it too!

I was disappointed with this bridal set. The drape is cute and the writing was a nice touch, but the overall look feels much cheaper than I expected. The sheen is extremely shiny and almost looks synthetic, which takes away from the elegant bridal look I was hoping for. The seams also don’t feel particularly polished, and the slippage makes it less comfortable and practical to wear. It is a bit scratchy and isn’t soft. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a sophisticated, high-quality satin bridal set

I had a terrible experience with Macy’s Downtown. I ordered a set online for pickup, and the cami shown in the picture was clearly all white. When I picked up my order today, the cami I received was white with pink lace, which is not what I ordered or what was advertised. When I pointed out that the item was different, the first employee told me, “Maybe they ran out,” which already didn’t make sense. Then the manager came over, and instead of acknowledging the issue, she actually told me that she “took a photography class in college” and insisted that the cami in the online picture was pink. I was honestly shocked that a manager would stand there and argue with me about something that was clearly visible in the photo instead of simply addressing the fact that the item I received did not match what I ordered. I didn’t even have time to return it, which made the situation even more frustrating. I expected better customer service from Macy’s, especially from a manager.

Did not receive cami that’s suppose to be with it. Can you send me the cami that goes with. Thank you
