I must say that I'm very disappointed with Macys.com. I made an online order on 8 Sep 24. I constantly received incorrect information and the runaround when I called customer service for an update on the delivery status. On 24 Sep 24, I received notification that return was processed and I could keep the item. However, I never received my order and no explanation of why a refund was processed.   I should have received an email explaining the situation and an offer to select item in different color or different item at the same sales price. Very Dissatisfed Customer

This is a beautiful Sheath dress and Jacket. I purchased the gray several months ago and now I have purchased the lilac. I purchased size 14W and it fits perfectly. It is very elegant with the right jewelry and can also be worn to the office.
