Nice wallet but too big

I returned a wallet over a month ago in the store. I called consumer service 4 times, they assured me that I will receive my refund back and I still haven’t received my money. It’s absolutely outrageous and it’s not the first time that this has happened. Their employees as well as the customer service is terrible.

Bought this wallet for a trip to Japan since I wanted my bills, cards, and coins all in the same place. It is a bit large, but I knew that going in and didn't plan to carry it in my pant pocket anyway. It would definitely fit in an outer jacket pocket and fits no problem in a bag or medium+ sling. It has a few larger slots that I ended up using to store my shinkansen tickets, other ticket stubs, and receipts, so very useful. I would say this is a fantastic travel wallet overall, particularly for countries that use a lot of coins. Pros: +Deep double billfold for separating currencies or higher denominations +Versatile, easy to sift through, large coin pouch with divider for sorting low and high coin denominations, storing receipts, cards, etc. +Leather seems to be of decent quality Cons: -Size; though not as big as a clutch wallet or continental wallet, it is still bulky and not ideal for daily carry unless you always carry a bag to store it in. -Card slots/ID slot are tight.

Bought in black and brown for the RFID protection. Love this brand as they also make equestrian equipment/products. Perfect size to hold all I need at any time. Stylish design and super soft leather.

The wallet is very nice. I returned it because it was much larger then i expected.
