Missing laces

Maybe don't buy from Macy's online. They're liable to send you an incomplete product, like shoes without laces. And their customer support is useless. Completely impractical solutions.

Shoe Purchase

The salesperson (Latino male) was very professional and answered all of my son's questions. Also did not rush my son as he tried on shoe's and walked with them on. A quality that some sales reps at other stores don't have. Thanks Macy's ❤️

Ecco are great shoes, these seem to have an upgraded insole that make standing and walking in them easy.
