The mascara seems to be old or used. Very dry and clumpy. Disappointed to say the least.

Did not work as described
This mascara is the worst. It clumps and leaves black residue on my face and in my eyes, and does not work as described.

Clumpy Mascara
This was the absolute worst mascara I have ever bought and I would give it 0 stars if possible. It clumps up my lashes and is almost impossible to remove. I do not recommend it!!
