Peter Thomas Roth FIRMx Collagen Hydra-Gel Face & Eye Patches

not sure if bad or supposed to be this dry as I am a 1st time user. They won't stay on and tear apart when trying to put back

Purchased these and they were completely dry. No serum whatsoever on them. I bought them before Christmas and opened them last week. I threw out my receipt when I got them because I love PTR and knew I wouldn’t be returning them. Big mistake. I threw them straight in the trash. Biggest waste of money ever.

I opened these and there was no liquid in the jar at all. The patches felt completely dry. I love the idea of having something for the food between my nose and mouth but I don’t even think there is any product. I gave them about a month thinking they may just be like that but had 0 results.

I used to swear by these patches. The collagen and the gold. However, the last two times I bought them, they are much drier than usual. I saw other users have this same complaint. PTR, please fix your formula

Just like the rest of the products that I own from this brand. This does not disappoint.

Like others in the comments I was surprised by how dry the product is. Seems odd versus others from the brand.

These are my 1st eye & face patches. My eyes are definitely moisturized right after.

This is my first time buying these patches from this brand and they are super dry. I don’t think any product was actually added to them. I’ve bought patches from other brands before and none of them were dry. Is this how this brand makes theirs??

I used several days in a row then took a break for a few days. Just too lazy to wash my face before bed. Last night I started again and I swear I could see the difference when I took them off my eyes. My face missed the hydration. My under eye skin looked plumper and healthier. The lines my forehead are so bad and deep but the seem slightly better. Not as awesome as under my eyes but coming along as well.

I purchased the eye/face patches and I love them!!
