Buyer Beware! Lifetime Warranty Does Not Apply
I bought this bag a year ago and have used one or twice a week since. Love the leather, the style and what I perceived to be the quality. This is an expensive bag so imagine my disappointment when the zipper split! I went to the Old Trend website to look into getting the zipper repaired only to discover that bags purchased anywhere but the Old Trend website are not covered by the lifetime warranty. This is not acceptable and I will not purchase another product from this company.
