Missing items
I ordered five pairs of women's shoes and sandals from Macy's but only received three. The three I received were delivered to my apartment door. One missing package was left in my building's public hallway (I have a delivery photo), Unfortunately never received it. And the other never arrived with no proof of delivery. Despite contacting Macy's customer service multiple times, my case was never properly resolved. This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers deserve better delivery practices and better customer support.

Love my purchase. I have them in a brushed suede taupe and had to have them in black. The fit is perfect and the heel height is comfortable to walk in at the office.
