Disappointed customer
Wacoal Europe. The sizing is way off. The bra looks and feel like something that could be found at the General Dollar store.

Great t-shirt bra.
The Freya Underwire Balcony underwire is very well made with comfortable adjustable straps. It comes in a wide variety of cup sizes. Unfortunately the shipping sent the wrong size originally and with the replacement. A third attempt to get it right. The first two were a bit big in the cup.

horrible customer service
I never received my order and Macys did NOT refund my purchase back to my credit card. That is standard procedure, but Macys chose to issue a gift card instead of issuing a refund to my credit card. I do not want a gift card. I cannot pay my credit card for the charges incurred by Macys with a gift card. I have contacted them. several times, yet Macys is refusing to fix this problem and does not care about and is disrespectful towards their customers. They have lost a long time customer as a result of the way this issue was handled and how I was treated throughout this ordeal.

Painful underwires, not for me.
The Freya Idol bra fit nicely. I ordered my usual size in most bras, 36F. This is a good bra for close set breasts. Unfortunately, the underwires were so uncomfortable, I returned it. Happy with the speedy credit.
