You have tons of items on this app’s listing (including this rolling duffle-bag) that are no longer available. Have a little more of kindness and consideration toward your so called valued customers and take them off the listing so we can keep trusting Macy’s.

I paid for expedited shipping so I could have the item to go on vacation. It was supposed to arrive on the 18th the latest and did not arrive until the 21st, the day I returned from vacation. I would say the service is horrible and I need a refund for the expedited shipping cost I paid. When I called customer service to get one, the representative acknowledged me and said hello, and then just Wendi’s not say anything else after that. He just hung on the phone saying “hello” every so often for 15 mins. One star is too many.

Rolling Nautica duffle is perfect for the use I intend it for! I’ve filled it with snorkel gear for myself & boyfriend to take on vacation with us! Now we can roll…

Great carryon bag. Need more colors

Sturdy and rolls well, but I found the opening to be smaller then my other Nautica duffle making it harder to get items in and out. The older bag opened around the perimeter but this opens in the center limiting access.
