Disappointed
I bought this bag about 3 months ago, and one of the strap threads came loose, followed by the thread that holds the pocket together I can no longer use it; all the items end up in the bottom of the bag because of the huge hole in the pocket.

Fabulous bag
I bought this a couple weeks ago. It just came in today. I haven’t used it yet, but it’s absolutely beautiful. I am not in the least bit disappointed in the size, the look or the features.

Strap came off
