I purchased this bracelet for my wife about three years ago, and it has been beautiful. We never had any issues with the clasp, but unfortunately, about a month ago, one of the diamonds fell out. I’m not sure where I should send it for repair. Could you please let me know the repair process and where I should send the bracelet?

My husband bought this for me as a Christmas present, very sleek and elegant. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the clasp, it can be difficult to open and close it and makes me nervous it will break.

Looks great, but the clasp is a bit tight. Wouldn't buy another, but would recommend to a friend.
