OXO Good Grips Chopper

Happy with my purchase.

I put chopped pecans or almonds on my oatmeal every morning. I've tried three hand-crank nut grinders, and they all broke in a matter of months. I've had this chopper a few weeks now and I'm optimistic it will survive longer. It works like a dream on pecans. For almodns, I chop smaller amounts in two batches because they put up too much resistance for me in a single large batch. Still, it gets the job done very quickly. So far I am very satisfied.

Works great. I use it for raw almonds all the time. Easy to use and clean.

Doesn't assembly easily at all! Haven't been able to get it to lock blades to bottom cup. Haven't been able to use it yet.

Not working as expected

Weather is warming up so it is Tuna fish salad time in the our home. Used it for the first time this morning and the chopper made quick and easy work chopping onions, pickles, celery and even the boiled eggs. Clean up was easy and simple. We both wondered how we got by without this fantastic tool. Time and use will determine how it holds up. Purchased at the Redstone Arsenal Commissary.
