This cutting board is great in concept but so cheaply made. I’ve only used it twice and it is already cracked at the joint between different woods. All of the meat juices that should have pooled in the depression leaked out the bottom through the crack, making quite a mess in my kitchen. I would return it if I could. Don’t waste your money.
Love this cutting board! The groves to capture the juices and use in other items are the BEST!
Beautiful and functional cutting board. One side with the grooves for capturing juices and the other side smooth for cutting and chopping. Applied a coat of grape seed oil to really bring out the grain (and protect the wood).
I have been looking for a board like this for 20 years! I bought one last year for the large size, juice channels and well. Other boards have a small channel around the board and when slicing large meats out of the the smokers, grill or oven like Prime rib roasts, turkeys, hams and such, juices would run out of those and all over the counter and floor! Not so with this board, the large channels hold stuff for slicing and the well contains the juice where it belongs! Loved mine so much I bought 2 more this Christmas for gifts because these boards are too great not to share the love! I'm also glad they updated their info to show they come pre-seasoned, which I seasoned the three I got not knowing beforehand.
This is a fantastic large serving board. The space for the bowl can be used in so many different ways and the carved channels are perfect for when serving juicy meats. I appreciate the plain side that I can use when needing a classic cutting or serving board.
This board is so versatile. Use the grooved side to slide your favorite meats. It has a well to easily collect all those delicious juices! Flip to the smooth side to create a great charcuterie board!

I love the size of the board, and that I can use both sides. The grooves channels the meat or fruit juice to the well; great design. The board flips over to make a serving board big enough for the family.
If you're looking for an extra large cutting board this is the one for you. It's a quality cutting board. Exceeded my expectations. I love it!
