It’s an “ok” bag but not worth the price. Nothing exceptional about the design or how it executes. It’s heavy when empty so keep that in mind when packing. The extension handle mechanism is sloppy for a bag of this size/cost.

I just completed my 1st trip round trip flying from KY to TX and TSA did their usual caring, white gloved service with my luggage and it held up perfectly. The only hiccup was my strap used to cinch other bags to my garment was loss in the process but the wheels, fabric and handles still felt as stable and substantial as the day it came out the box. Definitely quality and style in one package.

As an executive at Pearce Bespoke, a custom clothing company, I have exceptionally high standards for garment care. Traveling used to be a headache because my suits required major pressing and maintenance upon arrival. After searching for the ultimate travel solution, I found this bag. While the price tag was higher than expected, it is worth every single cent. My clothing arrived in virtually the same pristine condition as when I packed it. On top of that, the ease of use is second to none, and the warranty is incredible peace of mind. I highly recommend both this brand and this specific item.

This is my go to bag, I own two of these, my latest model I purchased in blue and it is very attractive with the silver zippers and silver handle. The bag itself is my main bag for travel, easy to pack and holds plenty for my longer trips. The build is always exceptional; I have had them repaired but just on a tune up basis. My new bag has just finished its first trip from Florida to Japan, even after 7000 miles of travel it looks new. Qudos to Briggs.

For as much as I paid for it i am disappointed. Not as large as the last one I bought plus the wheels will not last more than 2 flights on United. Frankly I feel ripped off.

Versatile and durable…happy to see the newest version of a solid bag. I carried this on my honeymoon in 1995. Was exceptional then and now 31 years later and I am on a second marriage and bag is still going strong! Always accommodating and easy to close and maneuver and never have had issues with zippers or material. Through multiple international trips remains a rockstar! When we bought this they did not have universal spinner wheels, which might be available now but would not trade for anything!!!

This piece of luggage is expensive but it is worth the price. My husband has had one for years that I would occasionally use and I finally decided that I needed one, too. Although it is costly, you won't regret the purchase.

Overall, I really love this bag (with one caveat)! Wish I could give 4. 5 stars. It’s very heavy duty and rolls well, great for long trips. It holds so many hanging items (had over 15 dresses and suits last trip), including long dresses with the extendable folding protector flap which most rolling garments don’t have. It also has extra pockets for shoes and I was able to easily fit several pairs of jeans and shirts in the front zipper pocket when my other checked back was overweight and I had to shuffle quickly. It also doesn’t have that annoying hump in the middle where it folds like other large rolling garment bags as it fully lays out, giving overall more depth and packing space. There is just one design feature that prevents me from giving five stars. It is extremely hard to zip at the corners where the bag folds in the middle. The zipper and fabric are really heavy duty (plus!) and the garment bag fully unzips to lay completely flat (another plus!). However, because it fully unzips flat and the thickness of the fabric and zipper, once folded, it’s hard to get alignment of the zipper with the thick folded fabric at the first few inches of the corners of the fold to close the zipper. Like really hard. Absolutely a two-handed feat with tugging thick, non-pliable fabric into alignment while pulling the zipper and I had to get additional help once to hold the fabric straight while zipping. Overall, the pluses of this bag in comparison to other high-end rolling bags outweigh the competition and the zipper caveat is a compromise in exchange for the features for ME. But for a person with minimal hand strength or dexterity, this bag might prove a real challenge.
