Loved the purple color, but not a fan of the super shiny patent leather look. The real reason for returning was it's weight. Might have been fine when wheeling it, but to lift it/move it when it was full of items (when it was already heavy when empty) would have been too much.
Bought this for a trip to Italy because I needed one with a handle. Unfortunately, I did not use that feature until I got there. The handle is super flimsy and was broken at the bottom, so the bag had to be carried everywhere. I don't think the extended handle will be long term even if it was not broken, it is bad quality
Wheels get stuck. Not good

Very disappointed with this bag. Wanted to use as my carry on bag for my recent trip. Unfortunately that didn’t happen as the handle broke. This was brand new. Due to a back problem I thought this would be great at the airport but I ended up having to carry the bag. Now to be refunded I have to send the bag back when I return from my trip. Such a hassel. I do not recommend this bag.
have not used it yet, I love the color and the fact that it have wheels.
The bag is a great value: good-looking, holds a lot, and is convenient with its rollers and easy-to-maneuver handles. It was awkward for me at first because it is a shape I'm not accustomed to.
