Viking 17 Piece Cutlery Block Set

The Viking 17 piece cutlery knife set is AMAZING! These knives take cooking to a whole other level, making my cooking experience easy and wonderful at the same time. I love, love, love this cutlery block. I would highly recommend for sure.

The handles are shaped to fit well in my hands and the stainless steel sharp blades are polished to perfection. The acacia wood block is solid and doesn’t slide around on the kitchen counter. This high quality knife set includes 8 inch chef knife, 8 inch bread knife, 8 inch carving knife, 7 inch santoku, 6 inch bonding knife, 5 inch serrated utility knife, 3.5 inch serrated paring knife, 3,5 inch paring knife, six 4.5 inch paring knives, scissors and a 10 inch sharpening steel rod. It’s an awesome set and knives are super sharp. It would look great in anyone’s kitchen.

It includes knives for many occasions: serrated for bread, knives for precision, and in the lower row a number of steak knives that I included in a video cutting a filet mignon. The owners manual recommends these are hand washed. Having the wood block home for these knives is both convenient and safer than having them in a drawer.

The block itself isn’t too heavy to move around but it’s sturdy and well belt. The knives are very sharp and cut through food with ease. Really grateful for the opportunity to upgrade my awful old knife set for these amazing quality knives.

This 17-piece set has a great selection of useful knife types. The boning knife is my go-to for cutting up meat, and the smaller paring knife is perfect for fruit. The knives are incredibly sharp - you barely apply pressure, and they slice right through. This set replaced our much older one, and I regret not switching sooner!
