HENCKELS Elan 2 Piece Paring Knife Set

I bought these knives about a month ago to replace the ones that I lost. It is nice to have a new pair that I enjoy cooking with! I forgot how good they perform.

I bought my knives a month ago and am really enjoying them. The handles are comfortable to hold and they cut excellently.

Excellent cutting smoothly and good grip

The handle length is perfect for me but they arent sharp. Dont cut easy thru Pierogies/Chicken, baked potato and more

The smaller one works great but the larger one doesn't cut hard veggies well at all.
