Dockers Men's Fairway Oxford Dress Shoes

I got sent the wrong color. How is that possible?

I bought these shoes for my son and he loves them, he finds them comfortable and very nice looking too. He’s a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly well

The Shoes were just like my previous Dockers. Very comfortable, true to size, and light.

Since I never received the item, it's difficult to rate these particular shoes. I received Nikes size 10 instead of the Dockers size 9.5. I also received an email on December 4 stating my shipment was delayed and I could expect it on December 4. Made no sense. Calling the customer service number only resulted in it rewinding to the VRU and I could never speak to a person. The chat line was the same way. I finally found a way on line to return the Nikes although the purchase still shows the shoes are on their way. I was going to reorder but the pricing had changed significantly and, since I could not talk to anyone, I found the shoes elsewhere at the same price I originally paid. Very confusing and frustrating.

I would give 5 stars if they were real leather. They are comfortable, look good and are suitable for casual and dressier occasions.
