Macys did not send the shoe I ordered. I returned them and will it be reordering. Very disappointed

I was excited when I received the shoes . They were welll made and pretty but the width was tight and the heel bed wasn’t wide ether. When you advertise wide please make the whole shoe wide . I really liked the look of them .

The shoes seem to run smaller than other Easy Street shoes I have. I returned the first pair and ordered up a half size. The wide heel is supportive and feels good. The interior by the toe is a little scratchy, so I will wear hose with them.

I am happy with these shoes - they fit well and are very comfortable.

I ordered a narrow size shoe and although it was marked narrow, it was medium.Also, it was padded it had no arch support.

I would have liked to be able to wear these shoes, but due to no back when I tried them on I found I scooched instead of walking for fear of my foot sliding out the back. Nothing wrong with the shoe...alas it comes with old age and needing more stability.

The shoes were too tight. I had to return them.
