I’ve been sent the wrong bag 2 times and still waiting to see if they get the 3rd one right…Macys has not been helpful since I’ve had to return the last two bags that they wrongly shipped. Ordered Navy and keep getting the grey.
I have been looking for a while for a carry on bag for my husband but he didn’t like anything. I came across this bag and decided to get it. The bag is beautiful, it’s well made and it’s very spacious. My only complaint is that it is a little big but that’s not a dealbreaker. Husband loves it too so it’s a keeper.
I’m not even receiving the item but my card was charged for it . The order has been placed almost a month . I’m really disappointed
It's a lot bigger than I thought! This is a very roomy and large duffle, Definitely too big to fit under an airline seat if full. Has great features like the charge through cable for battery packs. Love the accessory and additional pockets. Just wish it was small enough to fit under the seat, rather than be my actual carry on.
