Everlasting!
We got a set of these as a wedding gift 20 years ago. Except for a very careless hard knock on one bowl that resulted in a small chip, the set held up amazingly. They are hardy, a beautiful simple clean style, and the color remains as complete as the day we got them. I'd definitely without hesitation recommend Noritaki Colorware to anyone.

Going on 15 years with these!
I registered for these place settings and bakeware in 2011 when I got married, and they are still going strong! We've added 2 kids to the mix so there have been 1 or 2 plates broken from being dropped, but I still have 95% of the pieces I originally received. I'm sure they'll last another 15 years!

Beautiful, functional… but fragile.
These dishes are beautiful and reasonably priced. But, the biggest selling point is that they fit perfectly in our dishwasher - no wedging them in, or them flopping over. Just great. So why 4 stars and not 5? Because they’re fragil. I dropped a bowl on the counter (maybe a foot and a half height) and it shattered into about 50 pieces. I expected them to be a little more durable than that. Yes, I’d buy them again. Just be extra careful not to drop them.

R/p ordering 👍🏻 One of the four plates broken.
Ordering and receiving my bowls & plates from your website was very easy and efficient. However, I received the plates for plates in the box and they were wrapped securely, but the first plate has a big piece of it. I’d like to know how I can get it replaced.
