We wash 8 times and they were the worst feeling sheets the Y Felt soft in store but the ones they Y Ship were terrible never put on bed

Luxury! Absolutely the best sheets I’ve ever slept in.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this very expensive sheet set. My previous Hotel Collection sheets (the 600 thread count version) lasted me six years and were still in great condition, which is why I trusted the brand again when I upgraded to a larger mattress. Unfortunately, this new set has been a huge letdown. In less than four months, the fitted sheet has pilled so badly that it feels rough and uncomfortable, to the point where I cannot sleep on it. For such a high price point, this level of quality is unacceptable. I understand the return window has passed, but I strongly believe this is a product defect rather than normal wear and tear. Macy’s should not be selling sheets that deteriorate this quickly, and I hope this situation can be made right with a refund or replacement. I also purchased the duvet cover from this collection and that has been excellent, which makes it clear that the fitted sheet is the issue.

They are soft, sturdy and fit well, but are very pricey.

There are so many options but we always buy in the Hotel Collection.

Well made sheets, but was thinking they would be lighter like linen sheets. Nice , well made but wrinkly. Not sure I’d buy again.
