I love my new paring knife, and I love Henckels' products. This paring knife works great on cutting up apples or any other fruit. This is such a perfect size for my small hands, and I know I will use it on all types of food. Knife arrived super sharp with a protective plastic tip cover. What great quality! I highly recommend this paring knife.

Not what I expected. Blade was thin and flexible, not rigid. The one that this replaced was the same thickness from end to end. The edge, while sharp, leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you still make the model 10220 I would gladly purchase it
