Henckels Classic Precision 8" Chef's Knife

After over 35 years of cooking my son gave me a gift card to buy “ good” knives. This was a very nice Chefs knife. Great quality.

Very sharp knife. Does a great job cutting veges and potatoes.

I recently received this knife, and it has performed great. I’ve had it for a couple months at this point, it has held its edge, is razor sharp, and is my go to knife when I step into the kitchen to cook.

It's super-sharp, holds its edge, and makes amazingly precise cuts. I can't get over how thin the blade is! It's outperformed all my other knives and I'm looking forward to adding more knives from the Henckels line!
