Henckels Classic Precision 7" Santoku Knife

Ordered on May 3rd for my sister Mother's Day gift. It is May 12th and she has not received it yet. Way to go Macy's, not good service! Hard to rate the product when it takes too long to receive.

A fantastic, versatile tool. Loved mine for 22 years, and when the handle broke, they replaced on lifetime warranty- no questions asked! Excellent company with world-class products and service.
